Disclosure in the Business and Property Courts runs under Practice Direction 57AD, with Extended Disclosure models A to E, an agreed Disclosure Review Document and an early duty to preserve documents. Claims outside those courts still run under CPR Part 31. These guides set out what each regime asks for and where parties most often get caught out.

They cover the initial disclosure duty and the initial disclosure list of documents, how to complete the DRD without inviting a fight, choosing a model that survives proportionality argument, known adverse documents, and the evidence a court expects when a disclosure order is challenged at the CMC.
