Collection and reporting follow NPCC digital-evidence guidelines and ISO 17025 aligned practice. Disclosure work follows CPR Practice Direction 57AD and the Disclosure Review Document. Expert evidence is given under CPR Part 35 in civil proceedings and Criminal Procedure Rules Part 19 in criminal proceedings.
Data protection
The company is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under ZB395023 and acts as a data processor on client matters unless otherwise agreed in writing. Evidence is held on UK infrastructure, access is logged, and retention is agreed at the point of instruction.
